Who makes the clothes?

All of your pieces are handmade to order by me, Alanna. I design and make all of your orders, especially for you, from my little sewing corner in the living room of my small London flat. Check out my about page for more info and to get to know each other better.

Is this a sustainable brand?

Everything here is made in small quantities to reduce waste. If you don't order it, I don't make it. I handmake everything myself from my home, so there's no big factories or fast fashion here. All of your orders are shipped free from plastic in fully recyclable packaging. There are a lot of aspects to cover for a brand to be fully sustainable, so as a small brand starting out, I'm focusing on doing these things well first, whilst working towards becoming more sustainable as the brand grows - baby steps.

What's the size range?

The current sizing for my first range runs from a UK 6-16. I'm working with just a handful of sizes to start out, although as the brand grows I aim to offer a bigger size range.

Can I order something to my own custom measurements?

Not yet, but hopefully some day. It's early days for this little brand and I want to make sure that I get the hang of running everything as smoothly as possible first, within the existing size range. So I'm starting off with fixed sizing, although I aim to be able to offer this option in the future.

Can I return something?

As a small start up, made to order brand, unfortunately I am unable to offer refunds. If you've ordered the wrong size I can offer a size exchange. Check out the Shipping and Returns page for more info.

Why are your pieces so expensive?

Great question, as a small brand I do things a bit different here. I don't work with any big teams. Everything you see here is done by me, from design to making and all the business stuff in between. Quality is super important and I make sure to source the best fabrics. Working in this way means that all of your pieces are limited and handmade to the best quality - no fast fashion here.

Where's my order?

If you haven't received your tracking number yet, don't worry, I know you're excited to receive your new pieces. Remember to please allow up to 28 working days for me to make and dispatch your order. And I'll let you know as soon as I've dropped your parcel off at the post office. Got your tracking number? Follow your order along it's way on https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item.

When's the new collection launching?
